Biography

I am an experienced educator and senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the UK and International education systems. I believe that education should be student-centred and continuously evolving.

I recently took a NPQSL course in order to further my own knowledge of modern educational practices so that I can better serve the school I work in. As an educator, it is my responsibility to ensure that each child is allowed to develop every aspect of their being. As a leader, I encourage other teachers to improve through open discussions and the sharing of ideas. I have the essential leadership and ICT skills needed in today’s changing world to help a school thrive in the competitive marketplace. I also have a logical and systematic approach to management, believing that structure has to be in place to support effective education and to maximise potential. I like to be a role model for our students and staff.

I am a lifelong learner; I keep my knowledge and skills up-to-date so that I can use the best educational techniques available to benefit both students and teachers. Among my core strengths are my abilities to effectively communicate and form positive professional relationships with the different stakeholders.
