Biography

David was previously a pastry chef and top-level rugby played in New Zealand. Along with his wife Leah, he has worked in a range of international schools in a variety of teaching and coaching roles. He is passionate about helping children reach their full potential and believes that activity and fitness plays a key role in ensuring children reach their full potential academically. He is experienced in working with children with English as second language and is trained in delivering systematic phonics to develop early reading, comprehension, and writing. In his leisure time David enjoys being active by playing tennis and swimming. Along with his wife, David loves to travel and experience new cultures and cuisine. He has a passion for baking a range of delicious treats for friends and family, specifically pastry and desserts.
