Yr 2 Visits State Museum of History of Uzbekistan

Yr 2 students recently made a trip to the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan in conjunction with our most recent International Primary Curriculum (IPC) unit – Time Travellers! The students explored the museum in small groups and looked at Uzbekistan’s ancient and modern history as well as the museum’s art gallery.  

Our “explorers” also completed a clay modelling session with a master craftswoman at the museum! The students were very well behaved and were a fantastic representation of WIST. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, our students had a fun and educational time during the trip, and they were able to learn more about Uzbekistan’s history.
